Botany: A tall evergreen coniferous tree that can reach up to 150 feet tall with long stiff needles and native to Europe and Asia.

History: Scots Pine trees were very popular in the United States as Christmas trees during the 50’s – 80’s. Scots Pine is also the national tree of Scotland.
