I learned at COBHA that among many oils that can give respiratory relief to asthma and COPD patients, Rose was particularly soothing. I prepared a bowl of hot steamy water for my father to try this. These are some of the purest products I have found. Others are just “in-the-meantime” oils while these oils are truly worth investing in. The oils were just what I was expecting. Highest quality.

Most often I use the transition blend directly on the patient’s skin. I like to use the soles of the feet, the hands, the forehead and the heart chakra. I will either start with a foot massage, and mix the blend with lotion, or I may put the blend directly on the sole of the foot, or acupoint Kidney 1, which is used for grounding.
