Wholesale Account 

We welcome Wholesale Customers to experience the Elizabeth Van Buren difference with our therapeutic grade essential oil products.  Our customers include Hospitals, Medical Centers, Spas, Yoga Studios and manufacturers.

Wholesale Accounts receive a 50% discount off retail pricing on all orders with a $100.00 minimum purchase per order. We offer sizes from 1/2 ounce to 32 ounces for your professional use of our Essential oils, Massage oils, 100% Natural Lotions, Hydrosols, and Aromamists, as well as our retail sizes.

Wholesale Account Set up

Wholesale accounts require a valid and up-to-date business license and resale tax ID on file.

  1. Create a secure log in ID and Password on the website.
  2. Email your Business License and Resale Tax ID to sales@elizabethvanburen.com
  3. Once steps 1 and 2 are complete, a sales person will confirm your account set up via email and provide you with Wholesale Price Sheets via email, within two business days.
  4. The accounting department will toggle your pricing on the website to “Wholesale” and notify you when you can view your pricing on the site.

Online ordering for Wholesale Customers

Payments on the website are via credit card.  Shipping charges default to a small flat rate USPS charge.  Your account rep will contact you to collect payment on additional shipping charges for larger bulk orders, prior to sending out your order.  

Wholesale Account Setup

Ordering via email

Orders can also be emailed directly to sales@elizabethvanburen.com

  1. Your account rep will generate a sales order and return it to you via email for confirmation of the products, total charges and shipping information, within two business days.
  2. Once you confirm the order, it is placed with the warehouse to prepare for shipment.  Generally, orders ship within two business days, with the exception of very large orders and during peak shipping seasons.
  3. For customers who email orders, we require a credit card on file to charge products and shipping prior to finalizing the order
  4. Once the order ships, customers receive a copy of the paid invoice with tracking information and a paper copy of the invoice is included with the shipment.
  5. Larger orders ship fedex ground (and smaller orders ship usps flat rate).   We also ship third party freight.

Net Terms Accounts: All first orders for Wholesale Accounts require credit card payment prior to shipping.  If you wish to apply for Net 30 terms, please inquire through our billing department at billing@elizabethvanaburen.com
